Metal Mania

Metal Mania is a display typeface with a distinctive, expressive look suited to moments when lettering needs to attract attention. Its single regular style keeps the family focused rather than broad, so it is best approached as an accent font for selected words, headings, and short pieces of text rather than long reading passages.

Best suited for: Use Metal Mania for music-related posters, event titles, album or playlist graphics, gaming artwork, themed invitations, and other designs that benefit from an energetic headline treatment. It can also bring character to logos or short campaign phrases, provided the surrounding layout gives its display styling enough room to stand out clearly.

Design considerations: With one available weight, 400, and a normal style, Metal Mania does not provide built-in light, bold, italic, or multi-weight contrasts. Keep hierarchy simple: use size, spacing, placement, or color to separate levels of information. For readability, reserve it for short text and check its appearance at the final display size, especially in dense layouts.

Pairing guidance: Balance its expressive headline presence with a quieter sans-serif or serif for supporting copy. A neutral text face with restrained shapes can help captions, dates, menus, and descriptions remain easy to scan. Keep the supporting type modest in size and emphasis so it clarifies the message without competing for attention.
