Baloo Tammudu 2

Baloo Tammudu 2 is a display font with a rounded, playful appearance and a clear sense of scale. Its single normal style keeps the design focused, while the broad weight range makes it adaptable for short text that needs a friendly, noticeable presence. Use it where personality matters more than formal restraint.

Best suited for: Try Baloo Tammudu 2 for headlines, posters, packaging labels, event graphics, banners, and social media artwork. It can also bring warmth to navigation or short calls to action when used selectively. The display category suggests keeping longer passages in a more text-oriented typeface for easier reading.

Design considerations: Five weights, from 400 through 800, provide room to establish hierarchy without changing families. Lighter settings can keep compact headings approachable, while heavier weights are useful for brief titles and high-contrast emphasis. Since the available style is normal only, build variation through size, weight, spacing, and layout rather than italics.

Pairing guidance: Balance its rounded, expressive shapes with a restrained sans serif for supporting copy, captions, and interface text. A neutral text face can reduce visual competition in information-heavy layouts, while a simple humanist sans may reinforce its welcoming character. The font includes latin, latin-ext, telugu, and vietnamese subsets; check the needed characters in your project.
